Weekly Love #76

June 25, 2018

I feel like this week has absolutely flown by, and here we are again on another brand new Monday: I’m pretty relieved that I have the day off though as I’m still so tired from my holiday.

I also can’t believe that at the end of this week, we will be in the last half of the year – 2018 is whizzing by!

Here is everything I was loving last week!

Trafford Centre Visit

I had a parcel to pick up from The Trafford Centre on Monday evening, so I spent a couple of hours there having a little browse as it had been a while since I’d had the chance to go shopping. I picked up the parcel from New Look (keeping everything but one thing) and treated myself to a couple of bits from H&M.

Seeing Friends

On Tuesday evening, my friend Hannah came over for tea, which we’d only arranged the day before so it was lovely to see her. We made Quorn chicken fajitas and put the world to rights.

Love Island

I can’t believe I’ve not put Love Island on here yet, but honestly, I’m addicted. I spent most of my Sunday catching up on the ones I’d missed when I was away and I’m still hooked. It’s the first time I’ve watched it and now I finally know what the hype is about!

Dubai

If you follow me over on Instagram (you can do so here if you’re not) you’ll know that I spent a few days in Dubai this week, visiting a friend who lives out there. I had such a great time, and I already can’t wait to go back. It’s somewhere I’ve been before too, so I knew what to expect.

Dune Bashing

One of the things that we did whilst we were there was go dune bashing in the desert. We were picked up where we were staying in a Jeep and then driven out to the desert, before going up and down the dunes in it, finally pulling over to see the sunset and have dinner in the middle of nowhere. It was such a great experience and one I’d highly recommend if you’re visiting.

Chilled Sunday

As I mentioned, I spent a lot of my time on Sunday recovering from my holiday (we were on the overnight flight home and arrived into Manchester at 7am) and catching up with Jordan. Our internet is annoyingly broken in our house so we spent the day at my parents watching the football and eating sushi. A Sunday well spent!
