As much as I love autumn as a season, I won’t lie and say that my heart doesn’t yearn for the warmth of the sun and escaping to hotter climates. As a seasoned ‘holiday-planner’ I have already been looking forward to booking some holidays next year, and Clickstay have been giving me all of the inspiration for sunny Spain as a destination.
As industry experts, with over 70,000 properties in 70 countries, you know you are going to find something that suits your needs and budget no problem.
I’ve been to Spain a number of times, in fact, it is probably the country I’ve been to the most growing up, as my parents used to own an apartment there, and because of that, it has always had a special place in my heart. As one of my close friends is getting married out there next year, I thought Jordan and I could make the most of being in such a beautiful country and extend our time by staying in a Clickstay villa in Spain.
Clickstay take all the hard work away of finding accommodation abroad and have some beautiful Spanish villas on offer as well as providing a home away from homes in other areas of the world including Portugal, Greece, and even as far as Thailand and the USA – if you sign up to their newsletter too, you get £10 off your first booking with them.
I’ll admit that booking a villa isn’t something I have ever done – I’m more of a hotel kind of girl – however, with the extensive list that Clickstay have available, most with their own private pools and idyllic locations, I’m starting to hear the beach calling my name.
The great thing about Spain is the variety; from the volcanic Canary Islands, to the buzz of the cities of Madrid and Barcelona, there is something for everyone and more. Not only that, but if you are a keen skier, the season is almost upon us, and Clickstay can cater to your needs.
Another thing that attracts me to the diversity of the country is the fact that you can travel there all year round. If you’re after winter sun, then Lanzarote, Tenerife and Gran Canaria, off the coast of Western Africa should make your list with their tropical temperatures all year round. Or if you fancy a spring or autumn break then Costa Del Sol on the southern coast should be one to explore (the clue is in the name!)
Having been to both Barcelona and Madrid, I can 100% vouch for the fact that you won’t be bored, not even for a second as there is so much to do and see. If you want to tie in another area on your trip too you can rent a villa through Clickstay out of the city for when you need a bit of rest and relaxation.
I hope I have inspired you to have a look at their website and find something perfect for your next holiday, and if you want a travel buddy, I am more than happy to attend!
